RSO ELECTIONS

Sunday, November 13, 1:30pm at Hillel

Hillel Student Life  *  Kesher *  KOACH  *  Project CHANGE

Candidates for all positions in any of the above RSOs should fill out the candidate application form (below) by Wednesday, November 9, 2011.  All candidates for president must meet with a member of the KC Staff prior to elections.  All candidates will deliver at 2 minute speech at the elections.  Candidates need not be present to run, but must have a representative deliver a speech on their behalf at the elections.  All candidates must be students enrolled in the University of Delaware in good academic standing.  In contested elections, candidates who do not win the position may “drop down” to run for another position – in such a case the candidate will state their qualifications for the new position, rather than giving a formal speech.

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, all board members of KC RSOs are expected to adhere to the Kristol Hillel Center Student Board Leadership Agreement.  All board members will assist with preparation, setup, and clean up for Shabbat dinners, attend monthly Leadership Workshops  (in addition to weekly board meetings), and a Leadership Retreat.  All board members recognize that they are the “face” of the Jewish community on campus and will support the greater goals of the Jewish community on campus.

If you have any questions, please contact Alicia Cohen, Director of Jewish Student Life – aliciaco@udel.edu
