Nicole Wasilus is the Director of Development at the University of Delaware (UD) Hillel. She began her career with Hillel six years ago as the Program Director at UD Hillel after graduating from the Pennsylvania State University in 2011 with a degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders. In 2014, Nicole was promoted to Assistant Director at a time when UD Hillel joined in as the fourth campus a part of Hillel International's Comprehensive Excellence Program. During this time of accelerated growth, Nicole brought on a new team of professionals focused on Israel engagement and digital engagement and helped transform the organization to be data-driven. As an Assistant Director, Nicole built cross campus partnerships to create interfaith programs that facilitated dialogue and connection amongst diverse students, which was recognized when UD Hillel was awarded with the People's Choice Campus Partnership Award in 2016. Nicole recently received her Masters in Public Administration with a focus in Non-profit Management from the University of Delaware and began her new role as UD Hillel's Director of Development. She looks forward to traveling to connect with alumni, parents, prospective families and supporters and building resources to support and grow Jewish life at UD.
